Even when a trek is unexpectedly called off, our expenses do not cease; they continue to accumulate. Salaries still need to be paid to the ground staff, experience coordinators, and the rest of the Indiahikes team who put in tireless efforts to create a memorable trekking experience for you.
While we regret that we are unable to refund your trek fee due to the expenses already incurred or committed, we are dedicated to providing you with a fulfilling experience despite the cancellation.
In such situations, we strive to arrange an alternative trek in a nearby region to ensure your travel plans are not wasted. If this is not feasible, we offer a 100 percent voucher for your trek fee, which can be utilized for future treks.
